Who am I?

With nearly 30 years of experience managing people and process challenges across retail, hospitality, non-profit, and small business sectors, I’ve learned that clarity and connection can move mountains.

I’ve built my career on helping others find calm in the chaos by bridging the gap between ideas and execution with systems that actually work in the real world.

Outside of work, life’s just as full! I share a multigenerational home with my mother, my son, and what can only be described as a small zoo. When I’m not helping organizations get organized, you can usually find me vacuuming up the evidence.
